He is often called upon to demonstrate his various techniques at colleges, and hair conferences around the world. Most recently, in Milan, Italy...fashion capital of the world. He has worked alongside some of the hair industries finest hair stylists.

He says, the best haircuts simply require a little extra time and attention in the stylist’s chair, & not the primping many women lose hours of sleep over. “If you cut it right you don’t have to do much to it.” When asked about a successful salon, he says, "Building a solid relationship with clients is the key to success." He uses only organic products, which he says are great for all hair types, conditions and styles.

He is active in the community of both Chattanooga and Signal Mountain. He is past president of the Signal Mtn. Lions Club...where he still remains a Lion., and volunteers with local cancer patients in the Chattanooga area. He was recently honored with a humanitarian award by the International Lions.
